Our hair is like our crown. But what happens when this crown starts breaking off? From stress to depression to embarrassment, hair loss can cause emotional distress. As such, everyone wants to know if there is a way to grow hair naturally.

I get this question often from clinic patients as well as online consultation. Hair, skin and weight loss are the three things that keep buzzing all the time. Earlier, hair loss was a sign of ageing, but that’s no more the reality.

Today, even teens are suffering from hair fall. It’s worse for the twenties and turns into a nightmare for those in thirties. By forty, the bald spot and hair thinning become apparently visible.

Here are a few major causes of hair fall

  • Hereditary
  • Radiation therapy

However, there are ways to control hair loss if you take care right from the start. Don’t wait until the bald spot is visible, start-up when your brush becomes black with hair!
