And what’s better than the magical Chyawanprash?

Chyawanprash has been used by ancient Ayurvedic doctors for millennia. Because of its multi-faceted functions, it was hailed by ancient sages. However, it was Dabur who made Chyawanprash a global star.

They sure were getting the results. That’s why it’s still in the run even after so many decades.

Caution!

Chyawanprash in summers

Chyawanprash may produce heat in the body. That’s the reason why it is not recommended in babies below the age of 3.

Even for adults, it is best for winter months. If you want to enjoy its benefits during summer then mix it with ghee and honey. And then consume it to get the best results.

We are regularly having Dabar chyawanprash till two years back. But later some reports said it is not real amla. They just add amla flavour. So we stopped. I am not sure if this is true. But don’t want to take risks. Prepare at home is a real task.If really good quality is available, we should surely start having again.
