A few days ago, one of my young patients asked me if there is really any benefit of drinking warm water before bedtime. ‘Does it really help in weight loss?’ she asked curiously.
I smiled and said, ‘It actually works!’
Weight loss does not always have to be a rough road. Simple healthy habits like chewing your food well, drinking lemon water in the morning, or drinking warm water before bedtime. These healthy habits work magic in weight loss!

Drinking water at any time of the day offers a plethora of benefits. But Ayurveda endorses that drinking water in the morning and before bedtime helps in relieving the body of all toxins.
However, drinking water before bed may increase the urge of urinating throughout the night. This might result in disturbed sleep in some. So, please make sure that drinking water before bed does not interrupt your sleep!

Good article, Doc. The same applies to drinking a glass of warm water early morning as well. To add more, I would suggest stop drinking refrigerated water any time of the day. Go for normal water.
