Soak the lentils overnight and wash them properly (washing is very important). You can enjoy a bowl of green gram sprouts salad (moong), amazing curry with Bengal gram sprouts (Chola), a hot bowl of soup or just add them in your sandwich.   • A little care must be taken while eating this natural treasure of nutrition. Wash the sprouts meticulously as it may contain bacteria that can make you sick. 
  • Sprouts are one of the healthy foods, but too much of everything is bad. Include a limited portion of sprouts in your diet and enjoy the wide variety of sprouts.
  • Though it is a healthy food, it might not suit all. Some people are allergic to sprouts. In such a case, it might degrade your immune power and make you prone to various complications
  • Sometimes raw sprouted beans are hard to digest and may cause indigestion problems.
