You can also make your own Sai Protein mix laddoos and have it as a power-punched snack!

How to make Sai Protein Mix Laddoos

Ingredients

  • Sai Protein powder – 1cup
  • Powdered jaggery – 3/4 or 1 cup
  • Peanuts – 1/4 cup
  • Ghee – as required to make laddu.

Step by Step Process

  1. Take a dry frypan.
  2. Roast the Sai Protein Mix in low flame till it gives a nice aroma.
  3. Once the mix is even and smooth, pour some melted ghee to it.
  4. Add powdered jaggery to it and mix well.
  5. Take some peeled roasted peanuts and add it to the roasted mix.
  6. Take the dough and make the delicious laddoos.

You also add cashew nuts and coconut bits fried in ghee to make it richer! Some people also use sugar in place of jaggery. But that’s something that I don’t recommend!

Firstly, because sugar is the white monster. It is the culprit of many diseases. Secondly, because jaggery has many medicinal and therapeutic benefits.

Conclusion

The big bottles of artificial flavour, colour, taster mixed protein powders are no doubt costly. Plus, many of those are not healthy. Protein is an essential nutrient that the body demands.

Sai Protein mix is an amazing natural protein powder that also contains a lot of other important nutrients. It is specifically helpful for growing children, pregnant women, old people and recovering patients.

It is 100% natural and has zero side effects!

A few days ago, I received a parcel. My friend Rajasimha gifted me a packet of Sai Protein Mix. And every word that these researches said is stamped my own experience!

Should the protein powder be mixed with hot water and cooked once again like porridge or just mix it in hot water.
