3 days back I started experiencing a tingling pain in the tooth with RCT that was done some 10 years ago. I am not the one to rush to a doctor’s clinic on every sneeze and sniff. But this was bad and I knew it!

I rushed to the dentist on the early slot after spending the night with dreaded thoughts. The dentist examined me and said, “Don’t worry it’s not severe!”

But I did not want to carry the risk and probed him to remove the teeth if needed. The doctor listened to me and suggested me to try practising oil pulling with coconut oil and come back if I still wanted to go for the extreme.
