Wonderful information and need of the hour sir.
Sometime we are blindfolded with incorrect information.
We think that sugarcane means sugar wherein diabetics and wieght issues are connected to it’s consumption.

Thanks for the detailed information on the elixir of sugarcane juice. But Dr I have a query how safe it is to drink from good juice joint as I have seen they don’t wash it before extracting the juice.
