Testimonial: Ayurvedic Treatment for Depression

Ms. Debora – 28 years – Entrepreneur

I have a family history of people who have been depressed. Recently, I lost my brother who committed suicide. I went into loss in my business. All these put together made me feel worthless and I too started to develop suicidal tendencies. One day, a friend suggested that I go for a body massage. I felt so good and encouraged me to seek Ayurveda help to overcome depression. That’s how I met Dr. Brahmanand Nayak. He is such a wonderful person. It is because of him I am so alive and full of life today. I cannot thank him sufficiently. All that I had to do was take the medications regularly for about six months and change my lifestyle and practice a few specific breathing exercises. What a difference it has brought to my life!  I am looking forward to every day and have great plans for the future.
