In addition, he must take milk and Ghee regularly. Moreover, he should be free from ego, whose conduct is good, mind broad. Furthermore, the person should have a love for spiritual knowledge and have excellent self-control. Such a person should regularly read scripture and have regard for elderly people. If a person endowed with these qualities takes rejuvenation therapy they get all the rejuvenation benefit.’

  • Meditation opens your mind to pure consciousness, releases stress and strengthens the intellect.
